The MDT HNT26 Chassis System was specifically designed for the purpose of hunting, making it the first of its kind in our line of rifle chassis systems. Despite initially being intended for sports and tactical shooting, our previous chassis systems, especially the lightweight LSS Chassis system, became popular among hunters. Through years of feedback from our customers, we have created a magnesium alloy stock/base, with a carbon fiber forend, a carbon fiber pistol grip, and a foam filled carbon fiber buttstock. Standard features include a v-block bedding, adjustable LOP and comb, and compatibility with AICS magazines. The fixed version starts at a mere 26oz, making it incredibly light for a chassis system. For added convenience, we offer a carbon fiber forend with an integral ARCA rail for use with ARCA tripods, as well as a foldable buttstock version for compact storage.
